Equality and incentive

Men and women must be free to make their choices and develop their personal capacities without the interference or limitation of stereotype.
All responsibilities, rights and opportunities must be equally distributed for all genders, without any type of restriction.

Until 2020, our employees are: 66% of women in our membership board, 68% in coordination roles, 30% in management roles and 16% in the board of directors.

For 2030, our goals are:
